As President, Jeff provides visionary leadership for Lyons Capital Group, blending his faith-based principles with a deep commitment to client well-being. Having entered the financial services industry with Morgan Keegan in 2010 (later becoming Raymond James), Jeff offers comprehensive guidance in private client management, investment strategies, retirement planning for individuals and businesses, life insurance, education funding, and estate planning. His pursuit of excellence is underscored by his attainment of the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation in 2016, along with the AAMS® and WMS designations. Jeff’s industry recognition includes multiple listings in Forbes’ “Best-in-State Top Wealth Advisors,”  “Best-In-State Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors” and “America’s Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors” rankings, as well as being named in Raymond James’ “40 Under 40” in 2018 and 2019. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeff is deeply involved in his faith and cherishes time spent with his wife, Christiana, and their three children: Addie, Annabelle, and Judah. He loves to play golf and maintains an active lifestyle.

As Vice President, Jonathan assists Jeff in creating comprehensive financial plans, implementing investment strategies, and delivering a high level of service and communication to clients. Faith plays a central role in Jonathan’s life, and he is passionate about integrating Christian values into every aspect of the business. Jonathan’s dedication to financial planning led him to earn the CFP® certification in December 2025. He also holds the AAMS® designation. Jonathan graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University Shreveport with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, concentrating in Financial Analysis, and a minor in History. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaylie, and their son, Loyal. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, disc golf, and staying active.

As Director of Operations, Chelsea is the central hub for all administrative functions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. From account openings and money transfers to navigating complex processes like job changes and elder care, she is the go-to person for operational needs. Chelsea’s key contributions lie in her exceptional organizational skills, her proactive approach to time-sensitive tasks, and her unwavering commitment to accuracy and problem-solving. She prides herself on providing top-notch customer service, fostering strong client relationships through calm, friendly, and efficient communication. Chelsea holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses, the WMS and AAMS designations, and is a Notary for the State of Louisiana. While she attended Louisiana Tech University, much of her expertise has been gained through her diverse career. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her  family and her rescue dogs. She is always planning the next great trip! 

As Director of Special Projects, Christiana focuses on creating and executing unique initiatives for both clients and the Lyons Capital Group team, including special events, holiday celebrations, gatherings, and thoughtful gifts. Her strengths lie in her organizational skills and her passion for expressing appreciation and building relationships. Inspired by watching her husband, Jeff, build meaningful connections in the financial world, Christiana is excited to contribute to the team and foster stronger client relationships. Prior to joining Lyons Capital Group, Christiana worked as a registered nurse for eight years, where she developed strong interpersonal skills and a deep sense of caring for others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and maintains her Louisiana State Board of Nursing Licensure. Outside of work, Christiana cherishes spending time with her husband and their three children: Addison, Annabelle, and Judah. Their family life is centered around their faith and making memories together. 

As a Financial Planner, Cole brings a strong background in finance and a passion for helping clients navigate their financial journeys. He recently passed the Series 65 exam and will soon begin working toward his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation to further deepen his expertise in financial planning and investment advisory services. Before transitioning into his current role, Cole spent six years in the banking industry, where he developed a solid foundation in financial services. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. Cole is married to his wife, Sydney, and they have two dogs, Lincoln and Annie. Faith plays a central role in their life, and they are proud members of Norris Ferry Community Church. In his free time, Cole enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.

As Client Relationship Manager, Jana is the welcoming first point of contact for Lyons Capital Group clients, ensuring a positive and helpful experience both in person and over the phone. Jana provides exceptional service, ensuring clients feel valued and well-cared for. Her strong communication skills, active listening, and meticulous attention to detail are instrumental in building solid client relationships. With 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including roles as a financial assistant, wire operator, cashier, receptionist, and administrative assistant, Jana brings a well-rounded understanding to her client service role. Outside of work, Jana has been married to her husband and best friend, Mike, for 37 years. They have two children and three grandchildren, and she treasures being involved in their lives. Jana and Mike share a love for the outdoors, with RV camping- affectionately known as their “happy place”- being their favorite way to relax and make memories together. 

As a Client Relationship Manager at Lyons Capital Group, Claire contributes to a variety of projects with a focus on social media and website initiatives that support the team’s digital presence. She also assists with day-to-day operations, ensuring that both clients and the team experience a welcoming and professional environment. Claire enjoys the collaborative spirit of the Lyons team, appreciating how they combine industry excellence with an uplifting, supportive culture. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Northwestern State University, Claire is particularly drawn to her finance studies and the broad foundation the program provides. Her strengths lie in organization, adaptability, and relationship-building, which she applies both in her academic work and her role at Lyons. She is excited to grow alongside the Lyons team, gaining insight into the financial industry while building meaningful professional skills. Outside of work and school, Claire loves staying active, spending time with her family and boyfriend, and nurturing her faith, which is central to her life.
